Please note that all sales made through our store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refunds
Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size, color, or style selected
- Delays in shipping beyond our control
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make changes immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.
Exceptions
